The Power of Grace

People think that God wants to prove His existence to the lost by giving the church power, money, prestige, and passing Christian laws. That really worked out for the Catholics. Maybe God’s greatest manifestation of His supernatural power is grace, and through His manifested forgiveness, He has changed the world.

By the way, Paul is me. I drank myself to death. It doesn’t matter why. It was a sin, and I intended and believed I would die. My kids saw it and thought the same thing. I woke up in a hospital, and they told me I had End Stage Liver Disease and a 62% chance I would die in three days. They kept trying to get me to plan my funeral.

I found out yesterday, based on the ultrasound I took a few months ago, that my liver has repaired itself. I do not need a transplant. The doctor told me I did not even need to come in. I just have to schedule an appointment every six months. Am I a god like Paul?

No, I am just forgiven because the Creator of the universe is in love with me. That power is what will change the world.
